How Swish Works in Checkin

This guide explains how you can use Swish as a payment option for your registration.

What you need to use Swish

To accept Swish payments through Checkin, your organization must have a Swish Handel agreement. Having Swish Företag is not sufficient.

If you do not already have Swish Handel, you can set up an agreement through your bank. Read more about Swish Handel or find out how to get started through your bank. Please note that processing times may vary between banks.

How to connect Swish to Checkin

Once your Swish Handel agreement is in place, CheckinPay must be added as the technical provider in your online banking service.

Use the following 987 number: 9875628001.

Once this has been done, please contact us and provide your Swish number. This number starts with “123”.

What happens to Swish payments?

When a participant pays using Swish, the payment is automatically registered in Checkin. At the same time, the funds are transferred directly to the organizer’s own Swish account.

The payment is therefore recorded in the same way as a direct payment and will appear under accounting account 1922 in the accounting documentation.
