Initial setup

During the initial setup, you select the features you need for registration or ticket sales. The options you choose here determine which features and settings will be available to you later.

  • Is this a free event? Select this option if participants should not have to pay for their ticket or registration.
  • Is this a course? This enables you to add sessions, register attendance for each session, and issue course certificates.
  • Do you want to receive payments from companies or organizations? This allows the purchaser to receive an invoice via EHF.
  • Will you be offering accommodation? If you have a partner hotel or other accommodation provider, this option allows you to offer booking with different room types and accommodation packages.

Click "Continue with this setup" to proceed to the next step.
