Statistics and finances are fully anonymous. Attendee data is masked by default — full names only when you ask for them.

Only authorized access

Access follows the authorization you grant — one organization, or several if you include subunits. Never beyond what you've approved yourself.

Attendee and contact data appear as initials and masked email. Full names and contact info only when you ask.

A token on every call

No sessions are stored on the server. Every single call requires a valid token.

Full audit log

Every call is logged with tool, organization, user and timestamp.

You stay in control: you can revoke access at any time in the AI tool.

How the connection works

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting AI tools to data. You add the server once — then it translates your questions into safe lookups in Checkin.
